Why?

Women are more often taught to take care of others, and to be in service  of others needs.  Putting others before ourselves can be seen as a barrier to our own progression and development.  What if, instead of highlighting the issues that this can create, we focused on the value this brings? Women have the capacity for tremendous action in the service of others. What can we achieve now, to affect change in the lives of our daughters daughters?

If we consider that it will take at least 100 years to close the gender pay gap,  that 60% of women still experience sexual harassment,  own 1% of the worlds property, or are only  in 23% of the worlds political positions , we have to acknowledge that change will take time. But together, and  with the right  motivations, we can advance gender equality, one day at a time.

How?

Finding practical and generative ways for individuals and organisations to change and development .

What?

Speaking, Training, Coaching, Resources, Community... its emergent. What works, works and we will run with that.
